The title of this post is a quote from T. Colin Campbell, PhD Co-Author of The China Study and Professor Emeritus of Nutritional Biochemistry at Cornell University.
Dr. Campbell is the founder of the T. COLIN CAMPBELL CENTER FOR NUTRITION STUDIES. He was featured in the “Forks Over Knives” documentary which I highly recommend everyone watch or read. I have both the DVD and the book. Forks Over Knives is life changing regarding nutrition and what people are unwittingly consuming every single day. It’s scary. (Check Netflix, Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or your local library for the DVD or the book).
Anyway, I wasn’t surprised at all to see Dr. Campbell featured in Forks Over Knives. Thank goodness for people like him who care enough to share their immense knowledge for the better good.
